If you’re not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch for an exchange, store credit or refund.

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Which items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days.

They must be unworn and unaltered. With the tags still attached. Postage is not refundable.

Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

For exchanges, the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer's expense. 

Which items are not returnable?

Clearance / Sale items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.
